  Directions: This is STEP 3 of our Facial Care Routine . After 1st cleaning with our herbal Island Botanticals Hawaiian facial wash, then toning with our ELEVATED Hawaiian Facial Toner: Gently massage 1-2 pumps into your face and neck using circular motions. Apply before sleep for optimum results.
